Membership

Members are entitled to discounts on the following: Lessons, Adult Clinics, Cardio, JR Clinics, JR Camp, Matchplays, Round Robins, Open Court Time and Special Events during the indoor, spring and summer seasons. Bryn Mawr Racquet Club and Delaware Valley Tennis Academy welcome non-members to its programs and facilities.

Policies:

DVTA has the right to charge your credit card for any outstanding invoices related to your account.

Involvement in all activities: clinics, private lessons, speed training, weight training, conditioning, meals and van transportation to and from facilities and other activities shall be undertaken by each student at his or her own risk. DVTA and its parent company, Bryn Mawr-Delaware Valley Tennis, will not be responsible for any cash valuables or personal property brought to camp.

The Academy has the right to expel any student, without a refund, if his/her conduct is disruptive to fellow participants and/or staff members.

In case of an emergency, your child will be given all necessary medical attention unless otherwise instructed.

Photos from camp, lessons, group clinics or company activities can be used by DVTA for advertisements and on web sites.

No refunds for missed clinics

No make-up classes for Speed Training

At least a 48-notice of cancellation must be received by the office to be eligible for a future make-up; 4-make-up limit per clinic.

Cancellations are to be communicated to and make-ups are scheduled through Mary Beth Ranieri at: marybeth@dvta.com

No indoor program make-ups after May 31, 2012.
