Policies:
- Multi-week discount is only available when total cost is paid in full.
- If not pursuing the discount, a week’s deposit is due immediately and the balance will be due 1-month prior to attendance.
- DVTA has the right to charge your credit card for any outstanding invoices related to your account.
- Involvement in all activities: clinics, private lessons, speed training, weight training, conditioning, meals and van transportation to and from facilities and other activities shall be undertaken by each student at his or her own risk. DVTA and its parent company, Bryn Mawr-Delaware Valley Tennis, will not be responsible for any cash valuables or personal property brought to camp.
- The Academy has the right to expel any student, without a refund, if his/her conduct is disruptive to fellow participants and/or staff members.
- In case of an emergency, your child will be given all necessary medical attention unless otherwise instructed.
- During all-day rain events, it is advisable for day-camp students to contact the office for information about a possible change in drop off and pick up locations.
- NO matchplay during indoor play.
- No make-ups after August 17, 2007.
- Cancellation Policy:
- 3-months or more - 10% Fee
- 2-3 months - 25% Fee
- 1-2 months - 50% Fee
- Less than 1-month - No Refund
