Registering for Classes & Clinics (step by step instructions)

 

1. Go to https://dvta.clubautomation.com/ and log-in to your DVTA profile
 
2. Select "Register for Classes" on toolbar on the left side of the screen 
 
 
 
 
If you have a current level assignment…
 
3. Select class type
 
 
(only the classes that fit your level will appear)          
 
 
 
4. Select a class or clinic by clicking  
(Note: Adult drop in classes are listed individually by date)
 
5. Select the name of the person attending the class & click "Add to Cart"
 

 

(You may add multiple classes & clinics to your shopping cart)

 

6. click   located in the top right corner of the screen

7. Follow the 6 step process in your shopping cart. (We accept MasterCard, Visa & Discover)

 

If you do not have a current level assignment

Without a level you may only sign up for Cardio/TRX classes online. Contact us today to schedule a free level evaluation. Call 610-527-4969 or email desk@dvta.com

 

I do not see the class I am looking for

Only the classes the fit your level will show up on your profile. If your level needs to be adjusted please contact us at anytime. Call 610-527-2387 or email desk@dvta.com


I have a credit card saved on file. Do I need to re-enter my payment information every time I make a purchase?

Yes. The credit card information saved on file, and your online shopping cart are separate. However, we are happy to process class requests over the phone or via email. Just call our office at 610-527-4969 or email desk@dvta.com and we will email you a copy of your receipt.


I need to reschedule a drop in class

No problem. Contact the office at 610-527-4969 or email desk@dvta.com and we make the changes to your class reservation.
